Product Complaints

There are two ways to file a product complaint. You can use the seller's warranty or the manufacturer's warranty if the warranty card is included with the product.
If the product you received is in perfect condition and you wish to return it, please withdraw from the contract. Please review the information available here.
Warranty
You can file a product complaint if, within 2 years of receipt, it is found to be damaged, incomplete, defective, or not as described. Your complaint will be reviewed by Mediamart.
If your complaint is accepted, we will repair the product, and if the repair would involve excessive costs, we will offer a replacement. If the product in question is not available in Mediamart.com stores, for example due to a stock shortage or a Mediamart store recall, we will refund the amount paid.
We will review your complaint within 3 days of receiving the product. The only email address for the online store is: codsupport2026@yeah.net
